Inbox Zero — the calm way
One thread. Decide. Done.

Ping makes
email feel
done.

Ping shows you one email at a time. You decide: reply, archive, or snooze. No infinite scroll. No guilt. Just a clear inbox.

Ping Mode

Email as a ritual,
not a rabbit hole.

Ping Mode is a focused session. Open it when you're ready to process your inbox — not when you're just checking.

Psychology

Decision fatigue is real.

Every email you leave unread is a micro-decision deferred. Ping eliminates the pile that causes it.

Behavior design

Constraints create flow.

By removing choice paralysis, Ping puts you in a state of effortless progress — one thread at a time.

Product philosophy

Tools should have opinions.

Ping is opinionated: inbox zero is achievable, decisions are good, and your time deserves a clear endpoint.

01

One at a time

Ping surfaces a single email. You can't skip to the bottom or scroll endlessly. Just this one.

02

Every option you need

Reply, archive, snooze, forward, or unsubscribe. Everything that matters — nothing that doesn't. Fewer options = faster decisions.

03

Done means done

When the last email is handled, Ping shows you an empty inbox. You earned it. Every. Single. Time.

The insight
“Anxiety doesn't come from having a lot to do. It comes from not deciding what matters.”

Ping is built on one idea: forcing a decision — any decision — about an email is better than letting it sit in a pile. The pile is the problem. The decision is the cure.

How it works

Four steps to a clear head.

1

Connect your Gmail

One click. Ping reads your inbox over OAuth — no passwords stored, no data sold.

2

Open Ping Mode

When you're ready to process email, open Ping Mode. Not before. Not just to check.

3

One email appears

Read it. Decide. Archive, reply, or snooze. Then the next one appears.

4

Reach inbox zero

Every session ends with a clear inbox — or progress toward one. No exceptions.

The experience

One email.
Full attention.

No sidebar. No conversation list. No banner notifications. Just the email in front of you and every action you need.

The constraint is the feature. Forcing one decision at a time is how you get through 156 emails in 20 minutes — and feel good about it.

Ping will be $12/month or $99/year. Join the waitlist to be notified when we launch.

Right now Ping is Gmail-only. We plan to add more providers after launch. Sign up to be notified.

Archiving in Ping moves emails to your Gmail Archive — the same as hitting 'Archive' in Gmail. Nothing is permanently deleted.

Ping Mode is a focused session. It shows your unread emails one by one and won't let you skip to a different one. You work through them in order until the inbox is clear.

Ping connects via Google OAuth with minimal permissions. We don't store the content of your emails on our servers longer than necessary to display them.

Yes. Ping works on any device. For the best mobile experience, add Ping to your home screen — it works like a native app.
